Your first and best option is usually to visit the online
forum. Here you can post questions and share your experiences
using ZxApp IT. The support staff frequently reads these forums
and will usually respond to problems and inquiries. To save time,
be sure to try the search feature before asking your question.
Someone may have already asked your question and received an
answer.
ZipXap LLC offers unlimited support on bug-fix issues, subject to
availability of resources. We want our applications to be as
error-free as possible and will work with you to ensure this.
ZipXap LLC also offers FREE general support, which can be as
simple as a question about how a feature works, or could be as
complicated as a feature request, on all registered versions. This
support is is limited to 5 instances per license, and is not
time-limited. We cannot guarantee that your inquiry will result in
a solution to your particular problem, or to an enhancement to the
software. This depends entirely on the nature of the support you
request. Not all things can be solved. In addition, we cannot
guarantee life-spans, market conditions, or the absence of
apocalyptic events. Therefore, it is best to request support as
soon as possible, ideally within 3 years of purchase.
Lastly, ZipXap LLC offers fee-based support. Depending on the
nature of your request, it may fall outside of our normal support.
Examples include request for complex or specialized features,
including integration with other applications. It is free to
inquire about this type of support. ZipXap LLC will not request or
collect a fee unless a specific support agreement has been reached.
